Yoga leerkracht met een passie voor elk individu afzonderlijk. ( Jong en oud is welkom !) Zowel aandacht voor een juiste lichaamshouding , soepel het leven tegemoet zien. En uiteraard ( en vooral) ook het mentale welzijn. Het is een verinnerlijking, het laten stil worden, en zo ook een verlichting. Zachte tot intense lessen, afhankelijk van de noden van de vreugdevolle leerling. Ook workshops, privélessen en bedrijfyoga is mogelijk.
